Shipping Policy

At Melted Magix, we take pride in shipping our desserts as fresh, safe, and delicious as possible. Because our products are made fresh and are perishable, we follow a specific shipping schedule to avoid packages sitting in shipping facilities over the weekend.

Shipping Days

We ship orders on the following days:

• Mondays

• Tuesdays

• Wednesdays (latest shipping day)

This schedule helps ensure your order arrives before the weekend and maintains the quality and freshness of your treats.

Order Cut-Off & Processing

• Orders placed by Sunday will be processed and shipped during the following shipping week (Monday–Wednesday).

• Orders placed Monday through Wednesday may ship the same week, depending on order volume and availability.

• Orders placed Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are encouraged and will be prioritized for shipment the upcoming Monday–Wednesday window.

Please note: All items are made to order, so processing time is built into this schedule to guarantee freshness.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

• While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, most orders arrive within the same week they are shipped.

• Melted Magix is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Freshness Disclaimer

To maintain product quality:

• We do not ship later in the week to avoid packages being held over the weekend.

• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

• Once the package is marked delivered, Melted Magix is not responsible for heat exposure or delays in retrieval.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across the United States.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

• Melted Magix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.
