Refund Policy

At Melted Magix, each product is created and handled with care. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

 

2. Refunds in Extreme Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in extreme circumstances, at the sole discretion of Melted Magix. These situations may include, but are not limited to:

 

Items arriving severely damaged or defective

 

Orders that are significantly incorrect due to our error

 

Issues that prevent the product from being reasonably usable as intended

 

To request a review, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

 

Order number

 

A clear description of the issue

 

Photo or video evidence where applicable

 

Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Instances Where Refunds Will Not Be Eligible

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

 

Change of mind after an order has been placed

 

Claims related to taste, texture, or personal preference

 

Failure to follow storage, handling, or consumption instructions

 

Products not stored or consumed within the recommended time

 

Delayed delivery caused by the carrier or events beyond our control

 

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

 

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

 

Partial consumption of any dessert item

 

Requests made outside the required reporting timeframe

 

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect quality or safety

 

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Melted Magix and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Melted Magix is not responsible for:

 

Carrier delays

 

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

 

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, at our discretion. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site.
